? The Role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant
to oversee end-to-end procurement and supplier management processes within SAP S/4HANA . This role is vital for ensuring efficient sourcing, purchasing , and invoice processing while designing solutions that enhance supplier collaboration and cost control in a manufacturing environment .

Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Lead the design of
SAP S/4HANA P2P solutions
and architect procurement processes including requisitions, POs, and invoice verification.
- Process Definition: Define sourcing strategies, approval workflows, and ensure integration with FI, warehouse, and logistics.
- Implementation & Configuration: Configure SAP MM in both ECC and S/4HANA, setting up release strategies, pricing conditions, and inventory processes
- Project Delivery: Define scope and timelines for P2P workstreams and lead workshops with procurement and finance teams.




- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between procurement, finance, and IT to translate business requirements into technical SAP solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Improve procurement efficiency and cost savings while enhancing invoice accuracy and cycle times.

Job Requirements

8+ years of experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA MM. Advanced/Fluent English level. Proven Manufacturing experience, with experience in the Automotive industry being a strong plus. Deep expertise in SAP MM, procurement, purchasing, and inventory management. Extensive knowledge of invoice verification and cross-module integration. Successful delivery of 1–2 full lifecycle implementations. Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
