graduated lawyer

Insurance law
and knowledge of
civil and/or commercial law
, eager to learn and grow professionally.

This position is based in our
Bogotá
office in
Colombia
.

Responsibilities:
- Manage recovery claims
according to legal proceedings with efficiency and proactiveness.
- Provide legal counsel, negotiate settlements and update clients on the status of their claims.
- Suggest actions and put them into practice in order to increase our penetration in different markets and improve results.
- Work with surveyors and correspondents on
effectively safeguarding client’s rights
and protecting available jurisdictions.




- Support the Specialist and Country Manager in different matters related to the operation

Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience in Insurance or Reinsurance Companies, MGAs, Brokers (not mandatory).
- Candidates must hold a
Law degree
.
- Fluent English
(oral and written).
