Senior Specialist, Products and Solutions
Overview
The Senior Specialist, Products & Solutions, Security Solutions, supports the growth, commercialization, and execution of Mastercard’s Security Solutions portfolio across South Latin America (South LAC). The role is responsible for driving product adoption, supporting go-to-market initiatives, developing client opportunities, and managing strategic projects in partnership with cross-functional teams.
This position collaborates closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Marketing,



and Operations to deliver business growth and strengthen Mastercard’s value proposition across issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
The role supports the clusters of COVEC, ARU, CHIPABOL, and Peru, covering 11 countries, and contributes to the execution of Mastercard’s security, identity, authentication, fraud prevention, and cyber resilience strategies across the region.

Responsibilities
• Support the execution of product strategies and commercialization plans for Mastercard’s Security Solutions portfolio.
• Drive product adoption and revenue growth by identifying client opportunities and supporting engagement with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, value quantification models, presentations, and strategic recommendations to support sales and customer discussions.
