Our Enterprise Resource Planning platform is seeking a Operations & Enablement Lead to join our team in Colombia. The Ops & Enablement Lead is responsible for ensuring that SAP Delivery is executed in a consistent, disciplined, and standardized manner across all projects and regions

What you’ll do

Drive consistent adoption of SAP delivery processes, standards, and best practices, ensuring operational discipline and a standardized way of working across all regions.

Oversee the readiness and quality of delivery artifacts, documentation, acceptance criteria, and tracking mechanisms, ensuring compliance with quality gates and promoting artifact reusability.





Monitor delivery execution through checkpoints, readiness validations, and early identification of gaps or deviations, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with Practice, Capability, and Learning teams to align delivery standards, support structured onboarding, provide refresher training, and address recurring knowledge or skill gaps.

Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Project Managers to strengthen execution excellence and delivery consistency without owning project timelines, scope, or key project decisions.

About you

Strong understanding of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle within technology, product, or SAP delivery environments, with experience driving process adoption, operational excellence, and standardized execution practices.
