Position Title: Mid-Level Product Manager
Location: Hybrid - Medellin
What you will be doing:
This role requires a highly organized and business-oriented Product Manager to help translate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and actionable development items. The Product Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, and leadership to understand operational needs, define requirements, support backlog prioritization,



and help ensure product delivery is aligned with business priorities.
The position involves strong documentation, communication, and follow-through. This person will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, helping clarify requests, define acceptance criteria, support QA/UAT, and ensure teams have the information needed to deliver value efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, clarify, and document product and business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional requirements.
Support backlog organization and prioritization in partnership with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Support discovery sessions to understand user needs, operational pain points, and product opportunities.
Partner with engineering to clarify requirements, validate assumptions, and support delivery.
