The Role

Your role
As an Experience Researcher, you will turn user, data, competitive, and
contextual research into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy and
experience outcomes. The role focuses on understanding real user needs and
behaviors, validating ideas through evidence, and ensuring experiences are
viable, feasible, and desirable. Your work will influence decisions across the
full experience lifecycle, from early strategy through delivery and refinement.

You will balance discovery and validation work, operating both independently and




in close collaboration with designers, strategists, and delivery teams. Success
in this role is demonstrated through research that directly informs decisions,
improves experience quality, and reduces uncertainty for teams and customers.

What you will do
•Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user
needs, behaviors, and pain points
•Translate research findings into clear insights, opportunity areas, and
experience principles that guide strategy and design
•Lead iterative validation of concepts, prototypes, and experiences to test
assumptions and reduce risk
•Synthesize user, market, data, and competitive inputs into coherent narratives
that support decision making
•Collaborate with experience designers, strategists, and technologists to embed
research throughout the delivery lifecycle
