Title and Summary
Manager, Settlement Operations
The Manager, Settlement Operations will lead an operational team responsible for
daily settlement functions to support customers and regional stakeholders in the
Americas time zones. The team will work shifts various cover the Americas time
zones (07:00 to 17:00 US Central time) performing the daily settlement cutoff
processing which generates and delivers customer advisements and fund transfer
orders, completing customer onboarding and responding to customer inquiries.
The manager will ensure proper process and procedures are followed and daily
processes are successfully completed within the specified cutoff times in the
Americas business day.
The position requires a highly motivated, analytical, detail-oriented individual
who can support multiple priorities and works well with cross-functional teams.
Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for leading various initiatives,
including new customer implementations, testing, and piloting.
