TikTok Shop Affiliate Support Specialist
Location: Remote — Colombia

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented TikTok Shop Affiliate Support Specialist to help manage the day-to-day operations of creator and affiliate programs across multiple client accounts.
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting creator communications, reviewing sample requests, vetting creators and content, assisting with outreach campaigns, and ensuring assigned TikTok Shop accounts remain organized and up to date. This position is idóneo for someone who enjoys operational work, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced social commerce environment.
What You'll Do
Creator Communication
• Respond to creator inquiries using approved messaging templates.
• Support creators with questions related to campaigns, samples, commissions, and account information.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members.
Sample & Affiliate Management
• Review and process creator sample requests.
• Approve or decline requests based on established brand guidelines.
• Maintain clean and organized approval queues.
Creator & Content Review
• Evaluate creators for brand fit, content quality, engagement, and compliance.
• Review submitted content to ensure it aligns with campaign requirements.
• Identify and escalate potential brand safety or compliance concerns.
Campaign Support
• Send creator outreach messages and campaign invitations.
• Track creator responses and assist with campaign coordination.
• Support active affiliate campaigns and ensure timely follow-up.
