The Operations Director will lead the strategic evolution of operational
excellence across regional and general scopes, driving efficiency through the
integration of data, technology, AI and automation.

This role requires a seasoned operator with a proven track record in global
operations, capacity management,



and strategic execution – capable of
translating business vision into scalable, intelligent operating models that
enhance productivity, profitability, and service delivery.

As part of the Central Global Operations structure, you will operate at the
intersection of business, technology, and talent – embedding AI-driven and
automated solutions into core processes, while enabling cross-regional alignment
and continuous operational innovation.

Reports to: COO and Regional Lead (cross-report)
