Requirements
Location: Barranquilla, Colombia (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (U.S. summer) / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (U.S. winter).
Funnel Engineering: Design and optimize multi-stage funnels (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) specifically for B2Band B2C.
Direct strategy for Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on high-intent keywords.
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization):



Audit landing pages to improve the visitor-to-lead ratio.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Looker Studio and GA4 to provide monthly "Source-to-Revenue" reports.

Requirements:
Education: University student in the final semesters of a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year
English proficiency: B2-C1 (mandatory).
Skills: Basic knowledge of relevant tools for each field (e.g., Google suite, Zoho CRM, KPI analysis, Meta manager, funnels, etc.).
Attitude: Proactive, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges.
