The Job:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Sourcing, you’ll be part of our Integral
Supply Chain Finance team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

* Serve as a Financial Business Partner to multiple Strategic Sourcing category
teams, accounting for ~$1B in annual spend.
* Provide support for weekly and monthly reporting, monthly forecasting, audit
reporting and spend analysis.
* Support Strategic Sourcing Events by providing comprehensive financial




analysis and recommendations to inform objective decision-making aligned with
category strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships between internal stakeholders to
ensure alignment and execute category strategy.
* Develop and deploy scalable processes, playbooks, standardized tools, and
reporting capabilities to enhance visibility, improve internal efficiencies,
and facilitate achievement of business targets across the Indirect / sourcing
organization.
* Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators to inform
decision-making, identify productivity opportunities, and drive continuous
improvement.
* Leverage your financial expertise to evaluate macro-economic trends and
understand their contribution to the overall financial health of the
organization.
* Provide ad hoc support on special projects, key business initiatives, and
supplier proposals, as requested.
