Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Software Engineering who combines strategic
leadership with strong technical depth and a GenAI-first mindset. This leader
will drive modern product development for the Visa Direct Alias platform,
applying Generative AI to improve engineering productivity, accelerate delivery,
strengthen software quality, and enhance operational excellence. The role will
lead cross-functional engineering teams responsible for building, scaling, and
evolving mission-critical payment products and cloud-native platform
capabilities on GCP.
The Director of Software Engineering will lead the product development
organization for ADS / Alias platform, responsible for building, scaling, and
evolving mission-critical payment products and platform capabilities on GCP.
This role will drive end-to-end engineering execution across product
development, cloud-native services, release engineering, and production
reliability, partnering closely with Product, Architecture, Security,
Compliance, and Operations to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality
solutions in a complex payments environment.
Key Responsibilities
