Job title: Junior Entity Management Coordinator

Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote
Salary Range: USD $1,800–$2,000 per month + 10% monthly performance bonus
Language Requirements: Full professional English required; Spanish strongly preferred

Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Entity Management Coordinator with working knowledge of corporate governance and entity management practices to support their senior legal leadership team. You will play a key role in coordinating corporate governance matters, entity management activities, documentation, and cross-border administrative support across Latin American jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal, corporate, and entity management documentation across multiple Latin American jurisdictions.
- Support entity management activities, including incorporations, statutory registrations, legal representative changes, annual filings, good standing certificates, and dissolutions.
- Coordinate with subcontracted entity management partners to track deliverables, scope-of-work items, deadlines, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
- Liaise with external law firms, international service providers, and other stakeholders on behalf of senior legal leadership.
- Maintain accurate entity records, trackers, filing systems, organizational charts, shareholder registers, and corporate governance documentation.
- Support onboarding, due diligence, KYC, and compliance documentation processes for clients and entities across the region.
- Coordinate deadlines, document collection, meetings, follow-ups, reports, presentations,



and communications across multiple concurrent matters.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Working knowledge of corporate governance concepts and entity management processes, including incorporation, statutory filings, legal representative changes, good standing, and dissolution.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong professional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with international stakeholders and external service providers.
- Proactive, dependable, and professional approach to managing responsibilities and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and cross-border business environment.
- Strong ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential corporate and legal documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Academic background in law, business administration, international relations, corporate governance, compliance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in corporate governance or entity management, ideally with a law firm, corporate services provider, or entity management platform.
- Exposure to international or cross-border business environments, particularly across Latin American jurisdictions such as Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, or Chile.
- Spanish proficiency and familiarity with corporate or statutory requirements in Latin American jurisdictions.
- Experience coordinating with external legal counsel, corporate service providers, or other third-party vendors.
