? What You'll Do:

✨ Configure and maintain enrollment data within internal systems.

? Enter, review, and update client information with a high level of accuracy.

? Generate enrollment, payroll, and operational reports.

? Validate data, identify discrepancies, and ensure information is complete.

? Collaborate with internal teams, clients, brokers, carriers, and vendors to support enrollment activities.

? Maintain detailed documentation and accurately record all communications.

? Manage assigned tasks and ensure deadlines and service levels are consistently met.

✅ Follow established processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

? Assist with software implementation, testing, and ongoing data support.

? What We're Looking For:

✔️ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

✔️ Experience with data entry, administrative support, or database management.

✔️ Comfortable working with multiple systems and software applications.

✔️ Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook,
