Job Responsibilities 1.Develop hotel resources (including star-rated hotels, resorts, etc.), establish stable direct procurement partnerships through business negotiations, with the core goal of achieving price advantages, and build a resource matrix covering different tiers.

- Maintain relationships with key cooperative hotels, review collaboration performance regularly, optimize resource structure, and ensure resource availability and price competitiveness.
- Drive B2B and group booking business: Formulate B2B sales strategies for hotel resources, engage with channels such as travel agencies and corporate clients, and meet purchase volume and profit margin targets.

Job Requirement: 1.3 years of B2B business experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Prior experience with hotel resources is preferred .

- Fluent in English or Spanish, able to use it as a working language for business negotiations and contract communication.
- Proficient in hotel direct procurement negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully securing low-cost procurement channels.
- Familiar with B2B business logic and group booking operational processes, with the ability to identify customer needs and customize solution.
