Are you a Doctor with a strong drive for business strategy, revenue growth, and clinical excellence?

At Stemwell Clinic, we are looking for a Clinic Director to take full operational and commercial leadership of our clinic. We are seeking a proactive leader who ensures top-tier medical care while actively driving our sales strategies and patient acquisition goals.

? About the Role:

We are not looking for a traditional clinical supervisor. We need a results-driven Medical Manager focused on patient conversion, average ticket growth, and clinic profitability, working directly alongside executive and financial leadership.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Clinic Administration & Leadership: Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.
- Sales Strategy & Conversion: Design and execute strategies to increase high-value patient acquisition, consultations, and treatment conversion rates.
- KPI Performance Management: Monitor and optimize clinical performance metrics (conversion rates, retention, revenue targets, and treatment room efficiency).
- Sales & Clinical Training: Train and mentor medical staff and sales reps on effectively communicating treatment value and closing consultations.
- Business Development:



Identify new revenue streams, optimize current medical service offerings, and expand the treatment portfolio.

? Key Requirements:

* Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) with an active practice license (mandatory ).

- 3+ years of experience in healthcare management, medical direction, or private clinic administration.
- Strong Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in healthcare sales, private medical practice, aesthetic/regenerative medicine, or elective procedure consultations.
- Financial Competency: Ability to review performance reports, align operational budgets, and meet profitability targets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
