Are you an engineer with strong project management, leadership, and analytical skills who enjoys keeping complex projects organized and moving forward?

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff – Project Engineer to work closely with executive leadership and engineering teams, ensuring strategic projects remain on track, risks are identified early, and priorities are executed effectively.

? What You’ll Do

Lead the coordination and follow-up of strategic engineering projects.

Maintain complete visibility of project status, priorities, milestones, risks, and deadlines.

Coordinate cross-functional communication between engineering, operations, leadership, and other stakeholders.

Schedule and lead meetings in English, ensuring clear objectives and effective follow-up.

Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and executive summaries.

Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.

Ensure accountability across teams and follow up on open action items.

Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs to provide leadership with clear project visibility.

Proactively identify risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks, coordinating mitigation plans before they impact project delivery.

Support the CEO and leadership team in the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.

? What We’re Looking For

✔️ Engineering degree,



preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.

✔️ Strong experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or PMO environments.

✔️ Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.

✔️ Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.

✔️ Experience creating dashboards, reports, and management presentations.

✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Power BI, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.

✔️ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Strong leadership and cross-functional communication abilities.

✔️ Ability to work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

✔️ Advanced English proficiency for meetings, presentations, and professional communication.
