Position Overview

We are hiring remote Candidate Screeners to qualify candidates by phone for our client campaigns. You will work leads we provide, using a multi-line dialer and our approved scripts, conducting live qualification calls and documenting each candidate accurately before submission.

This is a high-volume, phone-first role. You will speak with candidates all day. The screeners who do well here are consistent, organized, and comfortable holding a standard call after call.

Fully remote and open to applicants anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live phone qualification calls with candidates using company-provided leads and dialer
- Screen against campaign-specific requirements, including experience thresholds, licensing, work history, and any disqualifying criteria
- Ask every required screening question clearly and record the candidate's exact answers
- Flag uncertain or borderline responses for review rather than resolving them yourself
- Document each call fully: date, time, responses, and disposition
- Submit qualified candidates through the company-approved channel with complete records
- Honor opt-out, do-not-call, and wrong-number requests immediately and report them the same business day
- Maintain accurate records of call attempts, screening responses, and submission status
- Meet monthly call volume targets and maintain acceptance-rate quality standards




- Flag screening criteria producing consistent false positives or negatives

Required Qualifications
- Location: Fully remote, open globally
- Language: Fluent, clear spoken and written English with a neutral phone presence
- Experience: 1+ years in phone-based recruiting, candidate screening, call center work, sales development, or comparable high-volume calling
- Availability: Able to work hours that overlap substantially with US business hours
- Judgment: Able to follow a script precisely while listening for what a candidate is not saying
- Technical: Comfortable with dialers, CRM or ATS tools, and spreadsheets; quick to learn new systems
- Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, working computer, and a quality headset

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience screening for transportation, CDL, field sales, or trades roles
- Prior work with a multi-line, power, or predictive dialer
- Background in a remote or distributed contractor role
- Familiarity with recruiting compliance and consent requirements

Compensation
- Base: $800 USD per month
- Per accepted candidate: tiered and uncapped
- Candidates 1 to 150: $7 each
- Candidates 151 to 300: $9 each
- Candidates 301 and above: $10 each
- Target volume: 800 to 1,200 completed qualification calls per month
- Realistic monthly earnings: $1,640 to $3,150, base included
- Payment: Paid on the 30th of each month via Wise. Candidates accepted through the 25th are paid on the 30th; later acceptances roll to the following month.
- Independent contractor engagement

Note on earnings: Pay is earned when a candidate is accepted, not when they are called or submitted. Candidates must be fully documented to qualify. Duplicates and candidates whose answers cannot be verified are not compensable.
