This position supports a large-scale international transformation program across Europe, Latin America, and North America.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Senior Regional PMO / Transformation Lead to coordinate and drive the successful execution of a complex regional transformation portfolio.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior Business and Digital/IT leaders, ensuring visibility, alignment, governance, risk management, and effective change adoption across multiple countries, functions, and workstreams.

This role requires a strong combination of Program Management, PMO Governance, Stakeholder Management, and Organizational Change Management , with the ability to operate effectively across cultures, time zones, and matrix organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the regional PMO and transformation partner for senior Business and Digital/IT stakeholders.
- Build and maintain an integrated view of the regional transformation portfolio, including priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Provide clear and actionable insights to senior leadership regarding portfolio health and delivery performance.
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and cross-program dependencies.
- Ensure regional initiatives remain aligned with the global transformation roadmap.
- Drive consistent PMO governance, reporting, stage gates, delivery standards, and quality expectations.




- Adapt global standards to local market realities while maintaining governance and delivery discipline.
- Embed Organizational Change Management (OCM) into transformation initiatives.
- Develop and monitor stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and adoption plans.
- Define and track adoption measures to ensure sustainable business outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities involving Business, Digital/IT, Finance, Supply Chain, People & Culture, and other functions.
- Support Project Managers and business stakeholders with delivery best practices.
- Promote transparency, continuous improvement, and strong execution across the regional portfolio.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Business Transformation, or similar roles.
- Proven experience working on complex regional or general transformation programs.
- Strong experience in PMO Governance, Program Delivery, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, and Dependency Management .
- Hands-on experience with Organizational Change Management and business adoption .
- Strong track record working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating multiple countries, functions, workstreams, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.




- Ability to work effectively across cultures, time zones, and matrix organizations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Professional fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following areas would be highly valued:
- Large-scale Digital or Business Transformation
- Enterprise Separation / Carve-out programs
- ERP Transformation
- Data & AI-driven transformation
- Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Consumer Health, or other regulated industries
- Global or multi-country transformation programs
- Spanish or French language skills

Key Competencies The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership without direct authority , executive communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, influencing, and decision-making capabilities. The role requires someone who can translate complex program information into clear executive-level insights and successfully coordinate stakeholders across different countries and business functions.

This is not a hands-on technical position . The primary focus is transformation delivery, governance, portfolio visibility, organizational change, and business adoption.

Working Conditions The position is fully remote , with Bogotá, Colombia as the preferred hub/location . The consultant will work with stakeholders across Europe, Latin America, and North America, so flexibility to collaborate across different time zones is important.

The initial engagement is expected to last 9 months , with the possibility of extension based on program needs. There may also be an opportunity for permanent employment for a strong-performing candidate.
