About the Role

We’re looking for a high potential Business Analyst to work directly with Remoti’s Managing Director and become a key part of our strategic planning and business performance function.

You’ll be close to the numbers, the strategy, and the decisions that drive the company.

What You’ll Own

- Build and manage the databases that give leadership visibility into the business.
- Track organizational KPIs across Sales, Operations, Recruitment, Finance, and People.
- Build dashboards and executive reports for leadership.
- Analyze performance against targets and identify gaps, trends, and opportunities.
- Drive follow up on strategic priorities, projects, and leadership commitments.
- Support business cases, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.




- Turn complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

- 0 to 6 months of experience. Top recent graduates are welcome.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- High ownership and execution speed.
- Clear communication and business judgment.
- Power BI, SQL, Looker Studio, or financial modeling is a plus.

Why This Role This is not a traditional entry level analyst position. You’ll work directly with the Managing Director, participate in strategic discussions, and gain exposure to how Remoti makes decisions and executes its growth strategy.
