We are looking for a Brokerage Team Lead responsible for monitoring active shipments, managing exceptions, maintaining accurate shipment visibility, and ensuring timely communication with internal teams and high-visibility customers.

This role will oversee shipment tracking from pickup through final delivery, investigate delays and service issues, coordinate with drivers, carriers, dispatchers, and brokers, and ensure all shipment information is accurately updated in the TMS. Responsibilities

Monitor active shipments from pickup to final delivery using Vooma, TruckerTools, Samsara, and other logistics platforms.

Supervise after hour track and trace team and make sure the KPIs are reached.

Identify and investigate delays, missed check calls, off-route activity, detention risks, and status discrepancies.

Communicate with drivers, carriers, dispatchers, and brokers to identify the root cause of shipment issues.

Verify and update ETAs and document delay reasons.

Maintain accurate shipment information, notes, timestamps, contact attempts,



and escalations in McLeod TMS.

Escalate high-risk shipments and service failures to Operations, Account Managers, and Leadership.

Ensure continuous shipment visibility and compliance with required check-call procedures.

Prepare and distribute after-hours shipment status reports for high-visibility accounts.

Provide load status, verified ETA, delay information, and risk alerts to designated customers.

Collect and follow up on Proof of Delivery (PODs) and lumper receipts.

Upload delivery documentation into McLeod TMS and the client’s document management system.

Follow up and escalate missing documentation within the required timeframe. Requirements

Previous experience in freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, track & trace, or shipment operations.

Supervising experience within logistic industry.

B2-C1 English level proficiency.

Ability to investigate delays, identify risks, and take appropriate escalation actions.

Familiarity with McLeod TMS is preferred.
