Location Onsite Barranquilla
Schedule Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7pm 40hrs availability
Salary COP 2,800,000 transportation allowance benefit for being part of solvo

Professional Summary
This role is a fastpaced and challenging position that relies on the ability to think and react quickly while serving clients with the utmost dedication. The Payroll Associate is responsible for the accurate processing and recording of client payrolls, acting as a subject matter expert who provides expert customer service and care. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels in highpressure environments and is committed to maintaining accountability and accuracy throughout the entire payroll cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in full compliance with regulations.
Taxation Garnishments Apply proper payroll taxation and process complex calculations for wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies.
Reporting Documentation Generate accurate and timely quarterend and yearend reporting, along with Ad Hoc reports as requested by clients.




Client Systems Support Coordinate payroll activities from start to finish, resolving client questions regarding payroll systems and maintaining time and attendance records across various environments.
Customer Service Excellence Manage client projects and respond to inquiries with the highest level of service, ensuring consistent followup and followthrough.
Requirements
Payroll processing, customer service excellence, payroll taxation, wage garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, quarterend reporting, yearend reporting, Ad Hoc reporting, time and attendance management, payroll system troubleshooting, highvolume inquiry handling, and meticulous recordkeeping.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in customer service with a strong phone presence and excellent communication skills, backed by a High School Diploma or GED and a proven ability to manage complex organizational tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
