Position Details
Location Onsite
Schedule Monday to Friday
Hours 800 AM 500 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Make 60 outbound cold calls daily to commercial businesses
Generate a minimum of 24 qualified appointments per month
Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives for virtual or inperson presentations
Perform true cold calling with businesses that have had no prior interaction
Build rapport with prospects and effectively handle objections
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointment quality and alignment with business goals
Meet or exceed KPIs related to calls, appointments, and conversions
Participate in onboarding and CRM training
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of telemarketing experience
Minimum 3 years of B2B appointment setting experience
Proven experience in cold calling not inbound calls or customer service




Experience engaging decisionmakers at commercial businesses
Strong understanding of sales funnels and appointment qualification
Experience using CRM systems Water Desk experience is a plus
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Selfmotivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
Bilingual English Spanish
