We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Accountant to join our team and support accounting operations for a U.S.-based company.

The adecuado candidate must have hands-on experience with U.S. accounting practices , strong proficiency in QuickBooks , and an advanced level of English. Previous experience working with companies in the construction industry is highly preferred .

This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced in managing day-to-day accounting responsibilities within a U.S. business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Manage invoices, payments, expenses, and vendor records
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Prepare financial reports and accounting documentation
- Support payroll-related accounting processes when required
- Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies
- Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients, vendors, and team members
- Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

U.S. Accounting Experience: Hands-on professional experience managing accounting processes for U.S.-based companies is MANDATORY .

QuickBooks:



Minimum of 3 years of professional experience using QuickBooks .

Accounting Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience .

English: Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, is required .

Education: Degree or professional background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous accounting experience in the U.S. construction industry

- Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, builders, or home service companies
- Knowledge of construction-related invoicing, job costing, project expenses, vendor management, or similar processes
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams
