Descripción del empleo El Auditor Nocturno es responsable de garantizar la operación eficiente del hotel durante la noche.

Realiza el check- in y check-out de huéspedes, gestiona reservas, controla inventarios de caja y llaves, registra consumos, elabora informes, y supervisa movimientos en el sistema. Además, asegura el cumplimiento de normas, responde requerimientos, coordina servicios y realiza reportes de ventas y migración.

Requisitos Ingles Nivel Medio

Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión hotelera como Zeus.

Procedimientos de check-in y check-out.

Atención al cliente y habilidades de comunicación.

Conocimiento de operaciones de facturación y cobros.

Conocimiento de leyes y regulaciones hoteleras: Estar al tanto de las leyes locales e internacionales que afectan la industria hotelera, como las regulaciones de privacidad de datos, las políticas de protección al consumidor, los impuestos, las normas laborales relacionadas con el personal, etc.
