One Person + AI Agents = An Entire Enablement Team
Imagine replacing a traditional enablement org with a single operator who builds, directs, and verifies AI agent systems — then stands in front of Fortune 100 executives and delivers the result with confidence. That's this role.
You'll be forward deployed at the intersection of enterprise customer success and applied AI, responsible for onboarding, demos, documentation, and training across a suite of community engagement and social media management products. The difference: you won't do the production manually. You'll engineer the AI-native infrastructure — prompts, agent workflows, knowledge architectures, verification loops — that produces enablement at a pace and quality no traditional team can match.
Your Core Focus Areas
- Enterprise onboarding at scale. Lead structured onboarding sessions for admins, moderators, and end users — driving rapid time-to-value. Each new cohort launches faster because the AI system you maintain absorbs lessons from every previous cycle.
- High-stakes product demos. Build and deliver demos for prospects, customers, and C-suite audiences. You own the environments, narratives, dry runs, and day-of coverage when new capabilities ship — partnering directly with product leadership on executive presentations.
- Living documentation & training. Keep docs, guides, and training materials accurate within days of every product release. Your AI agents and automated workflows handle the heavy lifting; you verify output against the live product and ensure nothing ships with stale or hallucinated content.
- AI system design — the job behind the job. Continuously architect and refine the prompts, skills, context files,
and guardrails that allow agents to produce entire categories of enablement work autonomously. Your north star: each class of deliverable needs less human touch over time.
- Voice-of-customer feedback loops. Translate onboarding friction and recurring support questions into structured product insights for leadership — and into self-serve resources that eliminate repeat effort for the team.
- Async rhythm & shared leverage. Contribute reusable agent configurations, prompt libraries, and workflows to shared repos. Deliver daily check-ins, work logs, and weekly goal reports with demos.
Who Thrives Here
- You've internalized an AI-first workflow. Not as a novelty — as your operating system. You build the scaffolding that lets agents execute, you verify their output, and you systematically expand what they can handle without you.
- 3+ years hands-on with enterprise community engagement or social media management platforms — configuring, administering, onboarding users, or enabling adoption at scale.
- Comfortable and credible in enterprise rooms. You've delivered live demos, workshops, or trainings to large, demanding organizations. You speak clearly, think on your feet, and hold your own alongside senior executives.
- Obsessive about accuracy. You build verification checks into agent workflows and personally validate deliverables against the live product before anything reaches a customer.
- Strong editorial instinct.
Hand you a goal instead of a brief and you'll return polished, audience-aware documentation, decks, or training — without needing rounds of revision.
- Always at the frontier of AI tooling. You delegate meaningful work units to agents, evaluate new models as they drop, and never marry a single tool when a better option emerges.
- Self-directed and relentless. You treat obstacles as engineering problems, not reasons to wait. Ownership extends to the unglamorous tasks just as much as the high-visibility ones.
Nice to Have
- Administrator-level platform experience — running the instance, not just using it.
- Instructional design, technical writing, or curriculum development credentials.
- Video production chops for product walkthroughs and async training.
- Solutions engineering, sales engineering, or other forward-deployed customer roles.
- Experience building AI assistants or chatbots over structured knowledge bases, or contributing to shared prompt and skill libraries.
What Makes This Role Different Most "AI-enabled" jobs bolt a chatbot onto an existing workflow. Here, the AI-native operating model is already in production — you'll push it further. You'll develop the rare, compounding skill of designing leverage that lets AI own progressively more of the work, and packaging that leverage so an entire organization accelerates alongside you.
There are no artificial constraints. No token budgets. No mandated toolchain. If the right move is a newer model, a different agent architecture, or a tool nobody's tried yet, bring it. You'll help define what forward-deployed customer work looks like when AI is the default, not the exception.
