Better Work Career Coaching

Área metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá

We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Account Manager to own the execution of our done-for-you (DFY) coaching experience for Better Work Executive, our premium tier for senior and executive job seekers. You will manage client relationships end-to-end, including leading client calls, producing high-quality deliverables (Targeting Reports, resumes, touchpoint communications, etc.), and coordinating closely with our coaching team to make sure every client feels supported and moves forward with confidence.

This is not a generic support role; you'll be doing the vigente work behind our clients' career transitions and speaking with them directly, so precision, ownership, strong writing, and confident verbal communication all matter.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Build and refine Targeting Reports, translating each client's background into focused role personas and positioning strategy.
- Tailor resumes with strict factual accuracy, no invented or inferred experience
- Draft and send client touchpoint communications (kickoff messages, progress updates, recaps) in a direct, professional tone.
- Own each client's Inbound Networking Strategy end-to-end: set up the LinkedIn Momentum Tool account and targeted comment lists, then personally engage and comment on behalf of the client to build visibility and connections.
- Own each client's Outbound Networking Strategy end-to-end: set up the Dripify integration and outreach targets, then personally handle outreach messaging and follow-up. The tool automates sending, but you own the strategy, personalization, and conversations that follow.

- Build the client's Prep Strategy and Research Package ahead of interviews.
- Build the Research & Analysis Package for negotiation sessions.
- Move clients into the Alumni Program after their exit interview.
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of executive clients throughout their engagement.
- Run kickoff calls and gather the context needed for accurate, personalized deliverables.
- Track client progress and proactively flag risks, delays, or open items.
- Confirm ambiguous or inconsistent details (titles, dates, achievements) directly with clients before finalizing deliverables.
- Coordinate with the coaching team on client status, scheduling, and handoffs.
- Route deliverables through the approval process before they reach the client.
- Keep internal trackers and documentation current.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level REQUIRED), both written and spoken.
- Excellent written communicator, clear, professional copy with no hedging or filler.
- Confident, professional communicator on client calls.
- Sharp attention to detail; catches inconsistencies before they become problems
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and deliverables at once.
- Proactive and self-directed,

comfortable owning outreach and follow-up daily without close supervision.
- Strong organizational skills; can track and prioritize across many open items without dropping details.
- Comfortable with outreach/networking-style work (commenting, messaging, following up with prospects or contacts on behalf of someone else).
- Tech-comfortable, able to learn and work daily inside tools like LinkedIn, Dripify, Slack, Google Drive, etc.
- Resilient and consistent, outreach work requires steady daily execution even when responses are slow
- Discreet and trustworthy, you'll be representing clients' professional identity and communicating on their behalf.
- Based in Medellin, Colombia.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with a CRM or client management platform (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience in a client success, account management, or customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Slack, Zoom, and community/LMS platforms (e.g., Skool).
- Experience working remotely with international teams.

Compensation & Role Details:
- Full-time role with Better Work (U.S.-based).
- $1,575 USD/month base + commissions
- Fully remote, but the candidate must be located in Medellin, Colombia.
- 10 paid days off per year, plus select company holidays.

To apply: Email your resume, LinkedIn profile, and a 1-2 min video in English introducing yourself and your interest in the role to [email protected]
