Young Professional – Recruiter at BairesDev

This is a great opportunity to begin your career in talent acquisition within a global company, where you'll support end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles and develop your hiring skills alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Do:

- Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.

- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build diverse talent pipelines.

- Review incoming applications and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles and interest.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.





- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, keeping data accurate and current.

- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.

- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people-focused roles.

- Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
