We are searching for a Senior Automation Engineer to become part of our team.

In this position, you will steer the automation testing strategy and mentor a group of engineers toward producing high-quality outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping testing approaches and ensuring smooth alignment with modern development workflows.

Responsibilities

Set the overall test strategy across all automation activities
Configure tools and prepare the setup needed to support automation initiatives




Expand the existing Katalon Studio framework to broaden its capabilities
Author detailed test cases covering critical functional areas and scenarios
Suggest efficient solutions to testing challenges and process improvements
Run test cases and track their results across execution cycles
Produce user-friendly test reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility
Connect Katalon automation reports with Polarion to enable centralized tracking
Validate custom keywords used inside automation frameworks
Deploy the setup required for smooth automation operations
Define clear test processes that the team follows in a consistent manner
Outline roles and responsibilities within the automation team
Educate team members on automation frameworks and recommended best practices
Guide and support the team throughout the entire development lifecycle
