We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze and document the structure of our current databases, help create new data models, and ensure alignment with business requirements, rules, and regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of data management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and data architects.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing database structures to understand data flows, relationships,



and dependencies
Document the current database schema, data dictionaries, and data lineage
Identify areas for improvement and optimization within existing database structures
Collaborate with product owners, data architects, and software engineers to design and develop new data models that meet business needs
Ensure data models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices
Create and maintain data models, diagrams, and related documentation
Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to data
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data models and databases
Understand and apply relevant data governance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
Ensure data models and database structures comply with industry standards and regulations
Monitor and report on compliance with data governance standards
