We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Researcher to help us better understand our users and create exceptional digital experiences. The UX Researcher will plan, conduct, analyze, and communicate user research to inform product design and business decisions. This role works closely with product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure products meet user needs and expectation

cle.Identify user needs, behaviors, motivations, and pain poi
nts.Develop user personas, journey maps, and customer experience framewo
rks.Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organizat
ion.Monitor industry trends, emerging research methodologies, and best practi
ces.Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership te

5+ years of experience in UX research, user res
earch.Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative res
earch.Strong analytical and problem-solving s
kills.Excellent communication and presentation abil
