CallGradeIQ is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive based in Colombia to join our growing team and help bring AI-powered sales intelligence and dealership growth solutions to automotive businesses.

This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who knows how to prospect, create opportunities, run discovery, present solutions, negotiate, close, and grow customer relationships.
You won't simply be selling software.

You'll be selling solutions that help dealerships increase sales performance, improve their phone processes, develop their people, and build stronger leadership pipelines.

The right candidate will have strong sales fundamentals, a consultative approach, and the ability to speak confidently with business owners and senior executives.
