Clearpath Coffee is a Colombian specialty coffee exporter focused on offering unique, high-quality coffees. We work closely with small and medium-sized producers at origin, allowing us to guarantee traceability and direct relationships with the growers. We handle volumes ranging from 5-bag microlots to full container loads, adapting to each client's specific needs. Our goal is to connect producers with international buyers through versátil and sustainable green coffee supply chain solutions.
THE ROLE:
The role is independent and requires a high level of initiative - the expectation is that you will be making progress each day, working with a sense of urgency, and engaging your creativity and drive to deliver results. We don’t micromanage or supervise; accountability, execution, and results are what matter. This position involves hosting clients on origin trips to places like Huila, Quindío, and Tolima. You’ll also represent Clearpath Coffee at international trade shows in markets like USA, Europe, and Asia.
WHAT YOU’LL DO




*Identify and close business opportunities in assigned international markets. This is a B2B sales role withestablished companies where relationships and professional level service are key.
*Grow existing accounts, taking initiative and proactive action.
*Prospect daily: calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings. We are a growing company and part of your role will be bringing new clients and relationships.
*Manage the full sales cycle (handle pricing, expectations, and objections), including after-sales follow-up, with a strong focus on customer experience.
*Coordinate buyer visits to producers, and represent the company at national and international trade events.
*Maintain an up-to-date CRM and report on pipeline, contracts, and payments.
*Participate actively and positively in ongoing meetings as part of our established EOS system.
*Proactively and creatively contribute to commercial strategy and marketing initiatives
