RemotePass is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Specialist to support HR operations across the Americas in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on onboarding/offboarding, lifecycle management, and integral employment support for US, Canada, LATAM markets.
You will manage onboarding workflows, compliance coordination, ticketing, documentation, and stakeholder communication across time zones, working with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
