Position: Vehicle Diagnostic Engineer / Automotive Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales service and technical support;
- Spare parts management;
- Handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions;
- Coordinate product training initiatives and deliver product presentations;
- Cooperate with regional sales managers to increase product market share;
- Report to senior management at regular intervals on all aspects of the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above, major in automotive engineering, electronics, computer and other related fields.
- 3+ years' experience in automotive diagnostic tool operation.
- online programming experience is preferred.
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Highly motivated to succeed, grow and develop.
- Experience with local automotive manufacturers would be a plus.
