Search Atlas, the AI-native marketing platform, is seeking a leader to run the Implementer team and own client escalations. You will manage six Implementers, handle tough calls, and coordinate with Product, Engineering and Billing to keep work moving.
You will drive onboarding quality, build dashboards, and shape automation. Strong English, 1–2+ years in team management, and 3–5+ years on client escalations are required.
