Deel is hiring an SDR Manager to design and evolve our mid-market prospecting strategy. You will lead a high-performing SDR team that has real conversations with multiple stakeholders, focusing on system improvements over sheer volume.
You will build outbound workflows using automation and AI, coach SDRs to fluency, and partner with sales, marketing, and operations to align messaging and optimize the funnel. Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this general role.
