Deputy Compliance Officer
You will be responsible for:
- Framework Management: Assist in the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of Rapyd’s Compliance Management System.
- Regulatory Horizon Scanning:
Monitor regulatory changes (financial, AML/CTF, data protection, etc.) across local market frameworks and assess their operational impact.
- Risk Assessments: Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design proactive mitigation strategies.
- Transaction & SAR Oversight: Oversee transaction monitoring and streamline the escalation of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in coordination with the AML Officer.
- Compliance Culture & Training: Support internal training initiatives on compliance, financial ethics, and code of conduct to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Audits & Examinations: Participate in internal/external audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring swift, thorough responses and remediation plans.
