- Troubleshoot conference rooms and perform basic AV checks and actually fix issues
- Support event setups and resolve technical issues if needed

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; IT-related certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals) is a plus.
- Experience: 1+ years in IT support or a similar technical role; familiarity with AV equipment and conference room technology is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows/macOS, Office 365, network/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and printer/peripheral setup.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical Requirement: Capable of lifting/moving equipment (up to 25 lbs) and performing on-site AV checks as scheduled (4+ times/month, 2+ hours per visit).
