About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Enterprise Business system team. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in managing and leading complex technical cross-functional programs across various teams (focusing on business applications/FinTech).



You will play a pivotal role in driving our initiatives using agile methodologies, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
You are skilled at cross-team coordination, project management, executive communication, and presentation skills, and are able to easily move between technical details and high level thinking. You’re a bar raiser not satisfied with just delivering programs on time— you look around corners and can represent multiple points of view. You hold a high bar for product/infrastructure architecture and can both lead technical discussions and represent the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing project timelines
- Develop/own/ and maintain the teams’ roadmap, aligning project goals
