What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. Desirable additional training in financial structuring, investment banking, or project analysis.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial structuring and analysis, preferably in energy, infrastructure, banking, or investment sectors. Preferred experience in M&A; processes, Project Finance, or structured financing.

Técnical Knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel.
- Preferred experience with financial tools such as Bloomberg, MATLAB, Power BI, or similar.
- Basic understanding of tax and legal frameworks applicable to energy projects.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2),



capable of participating in negotiations and technical presentations.

Here Are The Specifics Of The Role
Financial Analysis and Structuring
- Build and analyze detailed financial models to assess the feasibility of projects and acquisitions.
- Propose efficient financing structures (leasing, Project Finance, Bridge Loans, securitizations, etc.).
- Prepare credit documentation and financial support materials for internal and external processes.

Relationship with Financial Institutions
- Support the preparation and presentation of proposals to banks, investment funds, and strategic partners.
- Follow up on negotiations, credit terms, and progress in financing processes.

Support for Acquisition Processes (Sell Side)
- Prepare NBOs, BOs, and assist in structuring SPAs for acquisition transactions.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, and financial advisors for deal implementation and closing.
