The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.

What you will do
- Support the Customer Service operation by generating reports, assisting with backlog management, collecting and consolidating labor hours, and monitoring operational performance indicators;
- Assist with customer service planning and coordination activities, including communication follow-up, maintenance events, service agreements, action orders, and customer onboarding processes;
- Support sales and service teams by processing low-complexity quotations, responding to customer inquiries, providing account planning inputs, and ensuring timely information flow across stakeholders;
- Perform data quality reviews, validation, and correction activities, helping to establish monitoring routines and preventive controls to maintain system data accuracy and integrity;
