A Day in the Life

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Upload and maintain rebate agreements in SAP/Vistex, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
Review and validate accounting documents generated from rebate agreements to ensure proper financial posting.
Support issue resolution by identifying errors, analyzing root causes, and escalating when needed.
Collaborate with Contracting, Finance, and Sales teams to align on agreement requirements and resolve discrepancies.




Document procedures and updates to support process consistency and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to team metrics by meeting SLA and accuracy targets.
Support audits and compliance activities by maintaining accurate records of agreement uploads.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy in Agreement Maintenance.
Provide regular updates to the Senior Supervisor on progress, challenges, and risks.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work in-office one day per week.
Must be able to work outside of standard business hours on occasion.
Advanced English level.
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, International Business, or related field.
JOB EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, or an advanced degree without a specified number of years of experience.
