This is a seat for a meticulous editor who treats post-production like a science, handles heavy project assets effortlessly, and understands the deep psychological levers of long-form viewer retention.

What You’ll Drive
- Structural Architecture: Synthesize expansive, complex multi-cam raw footage into compelling long-form narratives, documentaries, or deep-dive YouTube content.
- Retention Blueprinting: Inject strategic B-roll sequences, clean text callouts, and mood-shifting soundscapes to prevent viewer drop-off points.
- System Cleanliness: Maintain absolute authority over project templates, asset storage,



and clean cloud sync paths to eliminate team friction.
