The Role
- We're hiring a full-time Client Success Manager who will own the client experience end-to-end. You'll be the person clients hear from, rely on, and trust. That means being proactive, resourceful,



and relentlessly focused on making every client interaction exceptional.
- You won't just meet expectations. You'll anticipate needs before clients voice them and find ways to over-deliver at every turn. When something goes wrong (and sometimes it will), you don't panic, deflect, or escalate unnecessarily. You take responsibility, solve the problem, and follow through until it's resolved.

What You'll Be Doing
- Owning client relationships across email, WhatsApp, and video calls. You are their go-to person
- Onboarding new clients with precision and warmth, setting the tone for an exceptional experience
- Proactively monitoring client progress and satisfaction, identifying issues before they become complaints
- Solving problems independently and resourcefully. You find a way, not a reason why not
- Managing and maintaining client portals and dashboards with accuracy and care
- Coordinating internally with coaches and the team to deliver
