About the role

Our client is the US growth partner for a portfolio of internationally recognized beauty brands —
Embryolisse
, the cult French skincare brand trusted by makeup artists for decades;
Skyn Iceland
, known for its cult-favorite Eye Gels; and
NUXE
, the iconic French brand behind the bestselling Huile Prodigieuse.

We're scaling TikTok Shop across all three brands and looking for a
TikTok Shop Lead
to own the channel end to end. The goal: grow the portfolio to
$200K+ in monthly GMV over the next 12 months
.

This is a high-visibility role with real autonomy. You'll own the TikTok Shop P&L; and lead strategy and execution across creators, affiliates, content, LIVE, paid media, promotions, merchandising, and sampling.

What you'll own
- Channel growth & P&L;
— Own weekly and monthly GMV. Manage the full TikTok Shop P&L;: ads, creator commissions, sampling, promotions, incentives, and LIVE.
- TikTok Shop Ads
— Run advertising directly: budgets, campaign setup, creative selection, optimization, and ROAS.
- Creators & affiliates
— Recruit, onboard,



and grow a strong affiliate community. Build repeatable systems for outreach, retention, and reactivation, plus a tiered creator strategy.
- Content & coaching
— Analyze what sells (hooks, formats, narratives) and turn it into clear creator briefs and hands-on coaching.
- TikTok LIVE
— Plan and run LIVE shopping events, coordinate hosts and creators, and review results to scale what works.
- Testing
— Test pricing, bundles, offers, and merchandising, then scale the winners.

Who you are
- 3–5 years in digital marketing, e-commerce, social commerce, affiliate marketing, and creator partnerships.
- 1–2+ years hands-on with TikTok Shop, including TikTok Shop Ads, with direct accountability for GMV.
- Experience managing affiliate programs, ideally in beauty, CPG, or fashion.
- A strong relationship builder who can connect with creators remotely, coach them, and keep them engaged.
