We're looking for an eCommerce Analyst to join our growing team

In this role, you'll manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across leading Retail Media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Mercado Libre Ads, and Google Ads, working alongside general teams and well-known brands.

- Launch, monitor, and optimize eCommerce advertising campaigns across multiple Retail Media platforms.
- Manage campaign setup, taxonomy creation, audience, QA, pacing, and budget optimization.
- Monitor the health of your campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global account teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Communicate campaign updates,



performance insights, and optimization strategies to clients.
- Identify growth opportunities, test new platform features, and contribute to process improvements.
- Stay current on Retail Media trends, certifications, and best practices.
- - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- B2+ English level (required).
- 1–2+ years of experience managing and optimizing eCommerce media campaigns.
- Experience with one or more of the following platforms:
- Amazon Ads
- Walmart Connect
- Mercado Libre Ads
- Google Ads
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Retail Media campaigns for global brands.
- Knowledge of campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Digital advertising certifications are a plus.
