About the Role
Blossom is expanding its product offerings and launching new features and services that require structured pilot programs and scalable implementation processes. We are looking for a Project Manager who will lead the successful rollout of new initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from pilot phase to full implementation. This role will act as a key bridge between product, engineering, support, and clients, driving alignment, efficiency,
and a high-quality client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead pilot programs and beta launches for new features and products, ensuring proper validation before full rollout
- Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes for client onboarding and product implementation
- Act as the central point of coordination between product, engineering, support, and client stakeholders
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
- Improve client onboarding experience and drive long-term adoption of new services
- Identify gaps in current processes and proactively optimize workflows and implementation strategies
- Support internal teams and clients through change management processes during new product adoption
- Document and maintain implementation playbooks and best practices
