About the role:
Winona is looking for a creative
Video Editor
to produce eye-catching videos that drive engagement across our social media channels. You'll be responsible for editing and producing high-quality content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Seniority Level:
Junior-Mid Level

Responsibilities:
- Edit a variety of video content, including User Generated Content (UGC), explainer videos, and short-form digital content (15s, 30s, and 60s).
- Apply consistent branding across all video assets while allowing for creative flexibility.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously,



ensuring timely delivery while meeting project deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, marketers, and other team members to bring creative visions to life.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing expertise; experience with graphic design projects is a plus.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of the post-production process, including offline editing, online editing, 2D motion design, sound design, and color correction/grading.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
