Clinical Studies Support Coord III (Remote, Bogota):

The
clinical operations support/coordinator position
that helps keep clinical trials organized, compliant, and running smoothly.

The person acts as the administrative and operational backbone of clinical studies by managing study documentation, data quality, contracts, compensation tracking, system updates, and communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities may include:
- Supports clinical studies by executing and maintaining one or more areas.
- Data coordination: participates in development/testing of case report forms, study reports, and study databases based on protocol requirements.
- Ensures timely and quality completion of data forms; verifies study data; generates/manages/resolves data discrepancies.
- May process compensation and identify/resolve compensation discrepancies.




- Document coordination creates/manages clinical study files; oversees organization and distribution of clinical study documents.
- Assists with periodic audits of clinical study files for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensures study contracts are tracked, renewed or sent to legal when an amendment or other review is necessary.
- Supports shipment/delivery of study products to hospitals as needed for research activities.
- Updates study manager on any issues with legal and compliance reviews as projects move through the approval and enrollment phases.
- Maintains training on SOP's, and various systems such as: Veeva, ONIT, IdeaPoint and others.
- Must be fluent in English, Spanish. Portuguese also preferred.
